Credit packs
Credit packs
The price on the card is the price you pay — no tax is added at checkout. Bigger packs carry bonus credits, the only reason the per-credit price differs between them.
These prices are provisional. The pack ladder has not been finalised and the figures below may change before launch. They are the real prices configured today, not illustrations — but do not plan a year’s spend around them yet. Whatever the price is when you buy is the price you pay, and credits you have already bought are not repriced.

Per enquiry
What one enquiry costs, and why they differ
Live enquiries are priced from 5 credits at the moment. The price is on the enquiry before you buy, and it is the number taken from your balance.
Six things move the price
The category and service
A rewire is not a lawn mow.
The budget band
A larger job is worth more to win.
How soon they need it
Urgent work converts better than someday work.
What has been verified
A checked contact is worth more than an unchecked one, and the enquiry says which it is.
How many places it has
An enquiry sold to fewer pros is priced differently from one sold to more.
Its category floor and ceiling
Whatever the calculation produces is clamped into that category’s range.
The price is worked out when the enquiry is listed and stored with it. It cannot change while you are looking at it, and the price you were shown is the price charged — enforced in the purchase itself, not by policy.
The range each category is priced inside
Enforced limits, not averages. An enquiry in one of these categories cannot be priced outside its range.

The small print
The rest of it, before you ask
Four things that are usually buried. Here they are in full.
- How long credits last
- Paid credits last 12 months from the day they land; bonus credits last 3 months. Spending always takes the ones closest to expiring first, so you cannot lose a credit you could have used.
- If an enquiry is defective
- Ask for the credits back within 14 days, under any of 12 published reasons. Credits come back to your balance — the normal remedy, and it is self-service.
- Tax and invoices
- We charge no sales tax on a credit pack, so the price on the card is the price that leaves your account. An invoice is issued for every pack and lands in your dashboard, showing that same figure with nothing added.
- Cancelling
- There is nothing to cancel. Nothing renews, nothing is billed monthly, and leaving your balance untouched costs you nothing until the credits reach the end of their term.
