How it works
Three steps, and no surprises in between
You buy credits. You spend them on the enquiries you choose. You get the customer's details straight away, on screen and by email. Everything below is the detail behind those three sentences.

The short version
Browse, unlock, call
- 1
Browse the enquiries in your area
Filter by the services you offer and the postcodes you cover. Each enquiry shows the job, the budget band, how soon they need it and how many places are left — with no contact details on show.
- 2
Spend credits to unlock the contact
Pick the ones worth your time. The price in credits is on the enquiry before you commit, and it is the price you are charged. Nothing is bought by accident and nothing is bought for you.
- 3
Call them and win the job
Name, phone, email and address land on your dashboard and in your inbox at the same moment. Ring them first and you are the first quote they hear.
In detail
What actually happens, in order
Six things happen between signing up and quoting for the job. None of them costs you money you did not choose to spend.
- 1
You tell us what you do and where
Pick the services you offer and the postcode districts you cover. That decides which enquiries you see, and you can change it whenever your van goes further.
You can also ask to be emailed when something matching lands, so you are not refreshing a page all day.
- 2
You buy a pack of credits
Credits are the only thing money is ever spent on. There is no subscription and no minimum.
An invoice is issued for the pack and lands in your dashboard, so your bookkeeper has a document rather than a bank line.
- 3
You look at an enquiry before you buy it
You see the service wanted, the town and postcode district, the budget band, how soon they need it, a summary with identifying details stripped out, what has been verified, how many places are left, how old it is, and the price in credits.
You do not see the name, phone number, email address or full address. Those are held apart and released only on purchase.
- 4
You spend the credits
The price shown on the enquiry is the price taken from your balance — live enquiries run from 5 credits today. It is fixed when the enquiry is listed and does not move while you are reading it.
If somebody takes the last place while you are deciding, the purchase is refused and you are charged nothing at all. Not refunded — never charged.
- 5
You get the details twice
They appear on your dashboard immediately and we email them to you as a second copy, in case you are up a ladder rather than at a desk.
The dashboard shows them unmasked for 90 days and then hides them, which is a data-protection measure rather than a withdrawal of what you bought. Your purchase, invoice, notes and the delivery record all stay put.
- 6
The delivery is evidenced whether you ask or not
The exact details released to you are written down and fingerprinted at the instant of purchase, and the delivery email is recorded together with the receiving mail server’s own reply.
Either can be turned into a signed certificate you can check yourself on our public verification page. Change one character of a certificate and verification fails.
The credit model
What a credit is, plainly
Credits exist so one payment can cover many enquiries, and so an enquiry's price can reflect what it is worth without changing your card details every time.
A credit is a unit, not money
One credit is one whole unit of entitlement to unlock an enquiry. Credits are never split into halves, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be moved to another account.
You buy them in packs at a published price. What one credit cost you depends on which pack you bought — the only way the price of a credit varies.
Why two enquiries cost different amounts
An enquiry is priced from its category, the exact service, the budget band, how soon the customer needs it, what has been verified on it, and how many places it has. Every category has a floor and a ceiling it cannot be priced outside of.
Today that spread runs from 5 credits. Whatever the number, it is on the enquiry before you buy and it is what leaves your balance.
Credits have a shelf life
Credits you pay for last 12 months from the day they land. Bonus credits last 3 months.
Spending always takes the credits closest to expiring first, automatically, so you cannot lose a credit you could have used.
When you run low
Your balance is on every screen. If an enquiry costs more credits than you have, the purchase is refused before anything is taken — you are never put into debt to buy a lead.
Buy another pack whenever you like. Your history shows every movement: bought, spent, returned, expired.
Straight answers
The two questions we would rather answer up front
Both are the reason people distrust lead marketplaces. Neither answer is hidden further down the page.
How many other pros get this enquiry?
Usually not. Most enquiries are shared with up to 5 pros, and never more — once those places are taken the enquiry closes and nobody else can buy it.
Some enquiries are exclusive to a single buyer, and those are marked as exclusive on the enquiry itself.
You always see how many places are left before you spend a credit, so you are never guessing how much competition you are buying into.
