Verify a delivery proof

Every lead delivery on Bling Marketing is frozen at the moment of sale, SHA-256 hashed, Ed25519-signed and hash-chained. Anyone holding a proof file — a buyer, a payment processor, a dispute adjudicator — can confirm here that it is exactly what we issued. If a proof link gave you a web address ending in a 64-character hash, opening it shows the same verification without pasting anything.
